‘Municipal Theater and public park’ in the Municipality of Albignasego
“TEATRO COMUNALE E PARCO PUBBLICO” NEL COMUNE DI ALBIGNASEGO
SUBJECT
The object of this design competition is the acquisition, after completion of the second degree, of a project with a level of depth similar to that of a “technical and economic feasibility project”, with the consequent identification of the winning subject to whom, after obtaining the necessary financial resources, entrust, with a negotiated procedure without notice, the following phases of planning and direction of works and coordination for safety for the realization of the “Municipal Theater and public park” in the Municipality of Albignasego (Pd).
The project, aimed at defining the qualitative and functional characteristics of the work in relation to the needs to be met and the functional specifications
i and the spending limits of the works to be carried out, includes the documents listed below in point 5.1 and requested for the 2nd degree of the bankruptcy procedure.
The winner will be assigned the term of a further 60 days to complete the works also in relation to the contents that can be deduced from public meetings organized with the citizens to present the project.

COSTS
The total amount of the service relating to architecture and engineering amounts to € 317,051.48 (net of VAT and social security charges), as per the attachment “Professional compensation calculation”.
AWARDS
An amount of € 28,500.00 (gross of VAT and social security contributions) is also provided as a premium / reimbursement of expenses to be assigned to the participants admitted to the 2nd level of the Competition.
An amount of € 1,500.00 (gross of VAT and social security contributions) is also envisaged as a particular award to be awarded to other deserving proposals.
