BRIEF
The present Call to Contest refers to a home for a Spanish family who, after living these last 4 years in Brazil, returns to their country with the firm intention of building their house.
The proposals must respond to the current demands of a family that is committed to a life in a natural environment, outside – and at the same time – of the big city but without giving up the comforts of a contemporary life.
The challenge is to think not only about the formal resolution of the project, but also its implementation in a terrain with a steep slope, its ease of construction, possible expansion and a high degree of energy efficiency.
