BRIEF
OBJECT
The object of the present contest is the selection of the best proposal for the remodeling of the Plaza de Los Belgas in Collado Villalba.
PARTICIPANTS
All architects and engineers of roads, canals and ports who have full capacity to act and are not subject to the prohibitions and incompatibilities to contract with the Administration in accordance with the regulations in force may participate in this tender. They are considered technicians legally entitled to practice in Spanish territory those who are in possession of the corresponding title, either Spanish, legally recognized (titles of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland) or approved in Spanish. It will not be necessary to be previously registered to participate in the contest, but it will be necessary to sign and approve the project developed at the time.
