Tallinn Architecture Biennale

TAB 2019 curatorial competition

BRIEF

TAB core programme consists of four main events (curatorial exhibition, symposium, and Tallinn Vision Competition) and is accompanied by a diverse satellite programme. The target groups for the main events are somewhat different, making it possible to expand the curator’s idea both in society as well as for a narrow group of professionals. The aim of the TAB 2019 curatorial competition is to find the best theme and team for organizing the fifth biennale.

Tallinn Architecture Biennale is organised by the Estonian Centre of Architecture and creatively led by TAB Advisory Board, which consists of representatives from the Union of Estonian Architects, Estonian Academy of Arts, Tallinn City, Ministry of Culture as well as former TAB curatorial teams. The Board selects the curator or curatorial team for TAB in every two years.
